IAJF NY is a nonprofit organization supporting the Iranian Jewish community, Israel, and global humanitarian causes. Since 2001, it has raised $70 million for 230 organizations, funding health, education, IDF support, and crisis relief. IAJF also empowers future leaders through its active Young Leadership Division.
IAJF supports the Iranian Jewish community by aiding those in need, fostering future leaders, and promoting Zionist ideals. It empowers individuals through education, social programs, and leadership initiatives while fostering unity, pride in Jewish heritage, and support for Israel’s security and sovereignty.
Founded in 2001 during Israel’s Second Intifada, IAJF-NY united Iranian-American Jewish leaders to support Israel and strengthen community bonds. Spanning three generations since the 1979 revolution, the community has grown from aid recipients to a vibrant, educated, and philanthropic force.
IAJF has become a beacon of leadership and philanthropic giving. Not only has IAJF provided financial support to a broad range of charitable endeavors through the continually expanding and generous backing of our community, it has also promoted a love of, and dedication to, Israel.
